“Bukás” means tomorrow, and open.

We started in 2014 with a single community kitchen after Typhoon Yolanda. Today, a network of volunteers and local partners responds within 48 hours of every disaster, and stays long after the cameras leave.

“They didn't just give us rice. They helped us rebuild our roof and sent my daughter back to school.”
